Lighting remains switched on
Does the lighting or a luminaire remain switched on while it should be switched off? This may indicate a communication issue between the luminaire and the control system.
First, check whether the luminaire switches off when the entire field or court block is switched off.
Does the luminaire remain continuously switched on? Then there may be an issue with the relay.
In both cases, please contact your installer. The installer can inspect the communication, control system and relay.
