Not all luminaires switch on
Are some luminaires not switching on while the rest of the lighting is working properly? This may indicate a communication issue between the luminaires and the control system.
First, check whether the lighting has been correctly activated via the LumosaTouch app or the used control system.
Do some luminaires still remain switched off? Please contact your installer. The installer can inspect the communication and installation and resolve the issue.
