Only a few LED bars of the fixture are lighting up

Are only a few LED bars of the fixture lighting up? Follow the steps below to identify the cause of the issue.

 Step 1: Check if all courts are switched on

For tennis courts, it is possible that only one court has been switched on. In that case, only certain modules or LED bars of the fixture are activated to illuminate the active court.

Step 2: Switch on all courts

Check via the LumosaTouch app or the used control system whether all courts are switched on.

Step 3: Check the fixture again

Are only a few LED bars still lighting up while all courts are switched on? Then there may be a malfunction or defect in the fixture.

Step 4: Contact support

In this case, please contact your installer.
