How do I start charging?

In this article, you’ll learn how to start a charging session with a Lumosa charging station. Follow the steps below to charge safely and correctly.

1. Connect your cable to the charging station and your vehicle.

Make sure both plugs click firmly into place.

2. Activate the charging session using:

  • your charging card/pass, or
  • the app from your Charge Point Operator (CPO).

3. The charging session will start automatically.

The LED light on the charging station will indicate the status.

4. To stop charging, end the session using the same charging card or the app.
