The luminaire is only partially lit

Is a luminaire only lighting up partially? Please follow the steps below to check the cause.

Step 1: Check whether all courts are switched on

For tennis courts, it is possible that only one court has been switched on. In that case, only certain modules of the luminaire are activated to illuminate the active court.

Step 2: Switch on all courts

Check whether all courts have been switched on via the LumosaTouch app or the control system being used.

Step 3: Check the luminaire again

Is the luminaire still only partially lit while all courts are switched on? Then there may be a malfunction or defect in the luminaire.

Step 4: Contact support

In that case, please contact your installer.
